With a Diploma in European Union law from the Bar Association of Barcelonan Mr. Navas Marques is a Secretary of Tax Expert Corporation at the University Foundation San Pablo. Graduated in Law by the Autonomous University of Barcelona he also holds aDiploma in Community Law by the Bar Association of Barcelona.
